Spotted in the first film of Jurassic Park, the Brachiosaurus is a docile herbivore, serving as a huge relief when the separated party stumbled upon them. With its long neck, this dinosaur would reach the tallest branches of the Ginko tree. As it happens, this is exactly where Ian Malcolm, Lex Murphy, and Tim Murphy are visited by this friendly dinosaur.
Outside of Jurassic Park, the Brachiosaurus is known to have lived during the late Jurassic period, roughly 150 million years ago. This dinosaur's fossils were first discovered in the Colorado River, United States, in 1903 by palaeontologist Elmer S. Riggs. It's believed to have had an average length of 26 - 30 meters from tail to head. Although this statue reaches just 3.5", this mini version is the perfect addition to any Jurassic Park fan's shelf!
